Frequently asked questions

Ephesoft processes documents from a variety of inputs, including scanners, fax (digitised), pdf’s saved from email.  As long as your scanner is Commercial grade and the image output is of good quality, Ephesoft will work with your existing scanner.

Ephesoft licensing is CPU based. Using the Ephesizer estimator, and based on your volume of images to be processed, we will recommend the number of Core’s required for optimal processing.  Licensing is available as perpetual licences, with annual maintenace, or subscription based.

Ephesoft is available as both on-prem and cloud.  A hybrid model is also available, with the Ephesoft hyper-extender module available to assist with the heavy lifting or recogition and data extraction.
